MemoryOS

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 6, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of MemoryOS, a personal memory wiki app provided by Pysagor. By downloading, accessing, or using MemoryOS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MemoryOS.

Apple terms

MemoryOS is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's App Store terms, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom license is provided by Apple or us.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement is available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and do not replace it unless a custom license is expressly provided in App Store materials. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple App Store terms, Apple's required terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

Pysagor, not Apple, is responsible for MemoryOS support and for addressing product claims relating to MemoryOS, except where Apple is responsible under mandatory App Store terms or applicable law. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where required by Apple's App Store terms.

What MemoryOS does

MemoryOS helps you capture, organize, review, search, and export a personal memory wiki. Depending on device support and feature availability, MemoryOS may include:

  • Local capture for text, manually entered web links, images, screenshots, files, and manual voice recordings.
  • A local source library and local search.
  • Source-backed memory objects, claims, citations, wiki pages, and review queues.
  • Review-gated AI suggestions using Apple on-device capabilities when available.
  • Private iCloud sync when supported and enabled.
  • A RevenueCat-powered paywall and subscription entitlement flow.

MemoryOS is not a professional, legal, medical, financial, emergency, or compliance tool.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you capture, import, write, or generate in MemoryOS.

You are responsible for:

  • The content you store in MemoryOS.
  • Having the rights needed to import or store content.
  • Reviewing AI-assisted suggestions before accepting or using them.
  • Exporting or backing up important data.
  • Deleting content that you no longer want to keep.

Do not use MemoryOS to store, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or violates another person's rights.

Local-first behavior and sync

MemoryOS is designed around local app storage and an app-controlled Markdown vault. Some features may sync through your private iCloud account if iCloud sync is available and enabled.

iCloud sync depends on Apple services, your Apple ID, iCloud settings, device restrictions, storage quota, and network availability. We do not guarantee that sync will always be immediate, conflict-free, or available.

MemoryOS is not a replacement for your own backups. Use export and backup workflows for content that is important to you.

AI-assisted features

MemoryOS may offer AI-assisted suggestions when Apple on-device AI capabilities are available. AI-assisted output can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before accepting or relying on them.

MemoryOS does not guarantee that Apple Intelligence or Foundation Models features will be available on every device, language, region, or operating system version. Basic capture, browsing, search, review, and export features may remain available when AI features are unavailable.

Subscriptions and free trial

MemoryOS may offer Premium features through auto-renewable in-app subscriptions.

Current launch subscription terms:

  • Monthly subscription: MemoryOS Premium Monthly.
  • Annual subscription: MemoryOS Premium Annual.
  • Free trial: 14 days of full Premium access when eligible.
  • After the trial ends, Premium features require an active subscription.
  • Basic capture, local wiki/search/review/export flows remain available without an active subscription unless a future version clearly states otherwise.

Prices, taxes, currency, trial eligibility, and subscription terms are shown by Apple in the purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase. Apple handles billing and payment through your Apple ID. After a free trial, Apple may charge your Apple ID unless you cancel before the trial ends as described in the Apple purchase sheet and subscription settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise described by Apple in your region.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an existing entitlement where supported.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Subscription purchase history and entitlement status may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat so MemoryOS can provide Premium access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and report subscription status.

Premium entitlement

MemoryOS uses RevenueCat to verify purchase status and manage Premium entitlement state. Access to Premium features may depend on Apple purchase status, RevenueCat entitlement status, network availability, App Store sandbox/TestFlight behavior, and restore-purchase state.

If entitlement verification is temporarily unavailable, MemoryOS may show free/basic behavior until the entitlement can be refreshed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
  • Interfere with MemoryOS, RevenueCat, Apple services, iCloud, App Store purchase flows, or related infrastructure.
  • Bypass subscription checks, paywalls, usage limits, or entitlement controls.
  • Use MemoryOS to violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Upload, import, or store content you do not have the right to use.
  • Use MemoryOS in a way that could harm other users, Apple services, RevenueCat services, or Pysagor.

Third-party services

MemoryOS relies on third-party platform services:

  • Apple App Store for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and subscription management.
  • Apple iCloud and CloudKit for private sync when enabled.
  • Apple on-device AI capabilities where available.
  • RevenueCat for paywall, purchase status, and entitlement infrastructure.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, account restrictions, billing decisions, or platform availability.

Privacy

Your use of MemoryOS is also governed by the MemoryOS Privacy Policy:

Changes to MemoryOS

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of MemoryOS. We may add, remove, or change features, including Premium features, as the product evolves. If a change materially affects paid access, we will handle it consistently with App Store rules and applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using MemoryOS at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchases or entitlements, or create legal or security risk.

Termination does not automatically delete local data from your device, iCloud data, or purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Use available deletion controls and Apple subscription settings where applicable.

Disclaimers

MemoryOS is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that MemoryOS will be uninterrupted, error-free, loss-free, secure against every possible threat, or compatible with every device, iCloud account state, operating system version, language, or region.

MemoryOS output, including AI-assisted suggestions, local search results, wiki health candidates, and review proposals, may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating information before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pysagor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, device issues, iCloud issues, subscription platform issues, or third-party service failures arising from or related to MemoryOS.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow a limitation.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Pysagor from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of MemoryOS, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
